Access to experts, training and support

One of the main goals of the programme is to give investigators access to the information they need to apply good data stewardship. To make this possible, we will set up a national expertise network, in which the evolving UMC data desks will form a vital link. Investigators who are applying a data intensive technique for the first time, or who have questions about data standards and good practice will be able to go to a local knowledge hub at their own UMC, and look for the right experts together. To keep the knowledge hubs up to date with the appropriate information, we will use the excellent network of DTL for knowledge exchange and for integration between the UMCs and other stakeholders.
